Paule Lamarche is a Montreal-based artist whose approach relates to the landscape genre. Her immersions in rural areas of Quebec, particularly Kuujjuaq in Northern Quebec, have influenced her artistic practice. It is in those landscapes as far as the eye can see that she draws her inspiration, deconstructing and recreating the landscape through lithography and screen-printing.

Paule Lamarche has a Master’s Degree in Visual Arts from UQAM. She has received grants from the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec. She has taken part in many solo and group exhibitions.

Her work can be found in many private and public collections, such as those of the Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec and the collection Prêt d'oeuvres d'art of the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec.
