Materials and techniques stimulate my creative process: screen printing, intaglio, chine-collé, and monotype. This exploration allows me to merge my interest in the visual language of poetry, music, and memory. Recalled images and feelings transform over time, so that my work never reflects what I actually see, but rather leaves an impression.

My color palette draws from my childhood, when my mother made my schoolbag from old-fashioned traditional fabrics. This sensitivity to textiles is evident in my work.

Deeply rooted in a Buddhist heritage, the act of printmaking has become a meditation, resulting in a restrained line that allows me to explore consciousness within self-imposed rules.

A professional member of RAAV and Atelier Circulaire, I have received a grant from the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec. My works are included in the collections of BAnQ, Loto-Québec, the Canadian Museum of History, the House of Commons, the Laurier Museum, and the Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art (United States).
