Madeleine finds her inspiration in various subjects related to her experience and her vision of the world. Everything is often spiced up with humor, sarcasm, irony, without malevolence.
Her interest for anatomy led her to work, for more than thirty years, as a medical illustrator. She worked at the CHU Sainte-Justine until 2016. As part of her job, she learned to develop the art of digital illustration.
Madeleine Leduc obtained a creation grant from the Ministry of Cultural Affairs of Quebec in 1979. During the 1980s, she participated in several collective artistic exhibitions including: "La Jeune Peinture Québécoise", at the Grand Palais, in Paris, in 1981.
As a member of Atelier Circulaire since 2016, she is advancing her skills in printmaking.
Madeleine participated in two Curiosa exhibitions in 2017 and 2018. In 2019, she presented a solo exhibition whose theme was THE RHINOCEROS at Espace 517, at Atelier Circulaire. Madeleine there explored the techniques of screen printing and waterless lithography.
